The swab stem is
made from either polypropylene or polystyrene, and applicator tip
options are rayon and foam. Other swab tip configurations can be
developed for specific application needs.
GMP customers
provide their own unique liquid solutions. Some modification to customer
chemistry may be required to achieve ideal viscosity or wetting
characteristics for use with the Pro-Swab. GMP is accomplished in
delivering viscosities between 1 and 7,000 centipoise, and is working
toward accommodating higher viscosity levels.
GMP labels each
Pro-Swab with customer-provided custom artwork, and can also include
date and lot number information. In addition, GMP has the capability of
providing secondary packaging.
